These terms are between you, the parent or guardian, and Aisoft LLC, which makes StudyPal. By creating an account you agree to them for yourself and the children you add.

Who can use StudyPal

An adult parent or guardian creates the account and adds their children. Children use StudyPal under that account; they do not sign up themselves.

Your material

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to process it only to run StudyPal for your family. Only upload material you are allowed to use for your own child's study.

Learning, not cheating

StudyPal explains and gives practice; it is not for handing in work that is not the child's own. Lessons are made by AI and can contain mistakes; check anything that matters with the teacher.

Plans and billing

• The family plan is $12 a month after a 14-day free trial. No card is needed for the trial.
• The plan renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time; it stops at the end of the paid month. We do not refund partial months.
• If we change the price we tell you at least 30 days before it applies.

Ending the account

You can delete the account at any time. We may suspend an account that misuses the service. On deletion your data is removed as described in the privacy policy.

No warranty

StudyPal is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Aisoft LLC is not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
